First, who is writing?

Berkas only says what you have already said. Give it something to work from.

A CV, past applications, anything that states what you have actually done. Berkas may only claim things it can find in here. Formal documents are fine — this pile is never read for style.

A LinkedIn post, an Instagram caption, a long message, a journal entry. Something you wrote yourself, unaided. This is what stops the packet sounding like every other packet.

For scripts, talks and presentations — things you have to say out loud. How you speak is not how you write, and the level matters most: a script pitched above the way you actually talk is one you will stumble through in front of a room. Answer at least one, out loud, the way you normally would.
